Kimunye

Set on a buffer zone created by large-scale tea plantations and man-made forests, the Kimunye trail is the definition of an instagrammable trail that offers photo lovers a host of undulating views and shaded paths to create memories. Halfway through the trail is located a thunderous waterfall with crispy clear waters from Mt Kirinyaga. For the brave drifters, one can take a dip in the icy waters, the trail is mostly gentle, with short steep sections while accessing the waterfalls.

0630h: Departure At the benches near Bata shop, Hilton (opposite Kencom)

Route: Nairobi- Kutus

0800h: Start the hike

1530h: Complete hike

For group travel via psv, we will meet up at the benches near Bata shop Hilton (opposite Kencom). The guide will be at the meet-up point.

Cancellation Policy

Hikers that wish to cancel more than 48 hours before the hike will be issued a 50% refund of the total hiking fees. Those that cancel 48 hours or less to the actual date will not be refunded. No shows will not be refunded either.
