Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total fees. The cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- No-shows or late arrivals will result in the forfeiture of the entire experience charge.
- Rescheduling of the event is permissible only if communicated in writing (email, phone, WhatsApp) at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or used by another individual.
- In instances where subscriptions are made monthly, quarterly, or annually and utilised by participation in any event’s deliverables, the paid amount is not subject to refund or transfer to other activities.
Please ensure to communicate any cancellation or rescheduling requests within the stipulated time frame to facilitate a smooth process and maintain the integrity of the cancellation policy.
