Where do I Subscribe?

Subscription to become a member is done through our website by the 5th of every month for Ksh 1,000. We offer guaranteed secure payments through Mpesa or Visa Card (Flutterwave). 

What is the duration of my Subscription?

The subscription is renewed monthly at Ksh 1,000 at the start of every month. This means you can attend as many freemium drifts as you can for FREE during that month. Subscribed members also get up to a 20% discount on Premium Drifts.

What happens if I fail to attend any Drift after Subscription?

We offer subscribed members a chance to redeem their previous month’s subscription if, for one reason or another, they failed to utilize their subscription. This, however, is non-refundable and expires after one month should you fail to redeem it.

How do I book a ticket?

All experiences are booked directly on our website’s experiences page. Once you have created your account, you are free to book any experience whether you are subscribed or not. 

Can I Subscribe anytime?

Subscription can only be done at the start of the month. It closes on the 5th of every month after which you will be required to pay Ksh 1,000 per experience.

What does the 1000 cater for?

Subscription takes care of experience and guide fee and does not include the fare, food, or park fees where applicable

If one paid 3month membership, can you choose which month that membership applies, or does it have to be 3 consecutive months?

The Quarterly subscription runs across 3 consecutive months and has no redemption for any month not attended

Why didn’t I receive an email confirmation when I made my order?

Good for you for keeping your inbox safe with a tough spam filter. Though our confirmations are not spam, check there first. If the email isn’t there, please text our helpline on Whatsapp or email help@letsdrift.co.ke Don’t forget to add us to your safe Email List.

Ticket Cancellations

Freemium- We don’t offer refunds for Tickets purchased for Freemium Drifts. We however give people the opportunity to redeem their cash with another ticket/event of an equivalent amount in the same month after which if it’s not claimed the ticket expires.

Premium – Drifters that wish to cancel more than 48 hours before the hike will be issued a 50% refund of the total hiking fees. Those that cancel 48 hours or less to the actual date will not be refunded. No shows will not be refunded either.

How do you get to the event/hike location?

We normally meet up together at a central location in town (Outside Bata shop- Hilton) and travel together as a group. Those who opt to drive can use the pin location provided on the events brief unless the trail is not self-drive friendly

How do I make payments?

Kindly note that we no longer accept any payments made on pay bill and all payments must be done online through the website. This applies to subscriptions and tickets unless otherwise stated
