We will meet up at Wattle House – Kikuyu. The guide and the ebikes will be at the meet-up point.

Your safety is our top priority. Our experiences are led by professional hiking guides, and well-known local guides who are well versed with the trails they are guiding. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients where possible. However, to ensure smooth operations, the following policies apply:

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are offered only for unavoidable circumstances beyond your control, such as Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters, floods).
• Late Arrivals: Latecomers will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling of their tickets. Please ensure timely arrival to avoid inconveniences.
• Cancellations within 78 Hours of the Event:
  • Cancellations made more than 78 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 78 hours of the event are non-refundable but can be rescheduled, with a two-week window to redeem.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
• Event Adjustments: In the event of unavoidable delays or changes initiated by Lets Drift, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
• Health-Related Cancellations: If you or a member of your group cannot attend due to a verified medical emergency, we may consider rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.
• Weather-Related Cancellations: If weather conditions make the event unsafe, Lets Drift will reschedule the experience or offer a refund.
