• For those using group travel, the fare estimate is (Ksh 300). Meet-up time is 7:00 am at the benches near Bata Shop Hilton (opposite Kencom).
• The trail is self-drive-friendly. Those with vehicles will park at Shell petrol station Lusigetti.
• Carry enough water. The hike is in a dry region.
• Ensure you have comfortable shoes with grip. Cotton socks are best for this trail.

What to bring

• Sneakers or Hiking boots
• 2L of Water (Avoid single-use bottles).
• For snacks, we highly recommend nuts, sandwiches, energy bars, and fruits.
• Avoid dry food like biscuits and crisps.
• Carry sunscreen and a hat to shield you from the sun.
• A backpack will come in handy to stash your supplies throughout the hike.

Hikers that wish to cancel more than 48 hours before the hike will be issued a 50% refund of the total hiking fees. Those that cancel 48 hours or less to the actual date will not be refunded. No shows will not be refunded either.
