How Ebikes work
E-bikes are like regular bikes but with a special boost. They have a little motor that helps you pedal, so hills and long rides are easier and more fun. You just pedal like normal, and the bike helps you go faster and farther. It’s a great way to get around and enjoy biking, even if you’re not super fit.

Attendees are advised to arrive at the starting point 20 minutes before the booked session to fit helmets and complete a test ride. Session time starts as stipulated on the website!

Self drive friendly with safe parking: Ravenswood Escape
- Do I need prior biking experience? Yes, prior experience with riding a regular bike is necessary. Unfortunately, first-time riders and beginners are encouraged to acquire basic biking skills before signing up for the e-bike tours.
- Do you offer transport: We do not offer transport or pickups for this experience. We however organise transport for private groups at a cost
- If you are using Public transport Board Matatu NO 114 at Khoja heading to St Pauls University and alight at Kabuku shopping centre and get a boda boda to Ravenswood farm
- Do I need to be fit to join an e-bike tour? No, e-bikes are designed to make riding easier, so you can enjoy the experience even if you’re not an avid cyclist
- How long are the e-bike tours? Our tours typically last between 2 hours, depending on the route and pace of the group.
- What should I wear for the tour? Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Helmets are provided and required for safety.
- Are the tours suitable for all ages? Yes, our tours are family-friendly and suitable for participants of most ages, typically from 14 years and up.
- What’s included in the tour package? The tour includes an e-bike, helmet, a guided route, and a complimentary coffee stop at a scenic spot.

- Washrooms – Kindly be aware that we do not have Washrooms at the starting point, we however do a bathroom/coffee stop at Fig&Olive restaurant which is about 30mins to the ride
Your safety is our top priority. Our experiences are led by professional hiking guides, and well-known local guides who are well versed with the trails they are guiding. All our guides carry a First-aid Kit and have an emergency contact. If you have any further questions about safety, please contact us for more information.
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients where possible. However, to ensure smooth operations, the following policies apply:
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are offered only for unavoidable circumstances beyond your control, such as Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters, floods).
- Late Arrivals: Latecomers will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling of their tickets. Please ensure timely arrival to avoid inconveniences.
- Cancellations within 78 Hours of the Event:
- Cancellations made more than 78 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 78 hours of the event are non-refundable but can be rescheduled, with a two-week window to redeem.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
- Event Adjustments: In the event of unavoidable delays or changes initiated by Lets Drift, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
- Health-Related Cancellations: If you or a member of your group cannot attend due to a verified medical emergency, we may consider rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.
- Weather-Related Cancellations: If weather conditions make the event unsafe, Lets Drift will reschedule the experience or offer a refund.
