• Do I need prior biking experience? Yes, prior experience with riding a regular bike is necessary. Unfortunately, first-time riders and beginners are encouraged to acquire basic biking skills before signing up for the e-bike tours.
  
• Do you offer transport: We do not offer transport or pickups for this experience. We however organise transport for private groups at a cost
• If you are using Public transport Board Matatu NO 114 at Khoja heading to St Pauls University and alight at Kabuku shopping centre and get a boda boda to Ravenswood farm
• Do I need to be fit to join an e-bike tour? No, e-bikes are designed to make riding easier, so you can enjoy the experience even if you’re not an avid cyclist
• How long are the e-bike tours? Our tours typically last between 2 hours, depending on the route and pace of the group.
• What should I wear for the tour? Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Helmets are provided and required for safety.
• Are the tours suitable for all ages? Yes, our tours are family-friendly and suitable for participants of most ages, typically from 14 years and up.
• What’s included in the tour package? The tour includes an e-bike, helmet, a guided route, and a complimentary coffee stop at a scenic spot.

• Washrooms – Kindly be aware that we do not have Washrooms at the starting point, we however do a bathroom/coffee stop at Fig&Olive restaurant which is about 30mins to the ride

Your safety is our top priority. Our experiences are led by professional hiking guides, and well-known local guides who are well versed with the trails they are guiding. All our guides carry a First-aid Kit and have an emergency contact. If you have any further questions about safety, please contact us for more information.

Hikers that wish to cancel more than 48 hours before the hike will be issued a 50% refund of the total hiking fees. Those that cancel 48 hours or less to the actual date will not be refunded. No shows will not be refunded either.
