• Do you offer transport: We do not offer transport or pickups for this experience. We however organise transport for private groups at a cost
• Do I need to be fit to join an e-bike tour? No, e-bikes are designed to make riding easier, so you can enjoy the experience even if you’re not an avid cyclist
• How long are the e-bike tours? Our tours typically last between 2 hours, depending on the route and pace of the group.
• Do I need prior biking experience? Basic biking skills are helpful, but we welcome beginners and provide guidance to ensure everyone is comfortable.
• What should I wear for the tour? Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Helmets are provided and required for safety.
• Are the tours suitable for all ages? Yes, our tours are family-friendly and suitable for participants of most ages, typically from 14 years and up.

Your safety is our top priority. Our experiences are led by professional hiking guides, and well-known local guides who are well versed with the trails they are guiding. All our guides carry a First-aid Kit and have an emergency contact. If you have any further questions about safety, please contact us for more information.

You will receive an email confirmation of your booking upon purchase. Attendees canceling more than 48 hours before the ride will receive a 50% refund of the total fees. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will not be refunded.
