Lets Drift is now Kenya’s largest community of people who love adventure. Not only that, but our members have also been able to go on more than 800 hikes and other experiences since we started in 2018. Because our prices are so affordable, we make adventure accessible to everyone, no matter how fit they are or how much they earn. Come join us now!
Why Lets Drift?
Lets Drift began as a hobby for two broke friends who wanted to go hiking and exploring but didn’t have much money. Over time, more people joined, and they became a lively community of curious people. We believe hiking is the best way to get away from the city, clear your head, feel happier, stay in shape, and get closer to self and nature.
Why you should join us
1 – We are a Community.
Lets Drift is a home where wonderful connections and networks start, not just a place for hikers. Everyone has a voice in the community and can help create the world we all desire.
2 – We are Affordable
Finding affordable destinations to visit, arranging transportation, and tagging others along with competing schedules are difficult and frequently expensive tasks that are made easier when you become a drifter. You can create and take pleasure in life-changing moments with our freemium services. With our traditional subscription of KSh 1000 every month, all of our members may attend any number of drifts without charge!
3 – Our focus is on impact
We as a community hope to influence local tourism by offering ethical travel experiences and advocating for eco-friendly travel.
What Drifters say
tailored experiences for each level
Our monthly calendar is put together so that there is something for everyone, from easy to hard and everything in between.
Stories
Meet the Team
A group of people seeking the thrill of the unknown
I prefer hikes that are either challenging, deep into the forest or long treks. Majority of my hikes are pun-tastic with a moderate speed, lots of jokes and photos. I am looking forward to hiking and making bad jokes with you on the trails responsibly.
“You cannot protect the environment unless you empower the people, you inform them, and you help them understand that these resources are their own, that they must protect them.” ~Wangari Maathai
Memory rebuilds the mountain, changes the weather, retells the jokes, remakes all the moves.
Oh, the places you’ll Go!
Making it easy and affordable for everyone to go on an adventure.
