We have introduced a transparent pricing model, taking into consideration factors such as government regulations, operational costs, and market demands, ensuring competitive prices without compromising quality.
Membership: For over 4 years, Lets Drift Membership has been a pioneering model, offering savings and unlimited experiences. To sustain this, we are updating our pricing while maintaining the same value pack:
- More than 30 Freemium experiences monthly for free
- Up to 20% discounts on Premium experiences

New Pricing for Other Experiences and Products:
Unlike subscriptions, one-off tickets for experiences are dynamically priced based on metrics such as national park fees, distance from Nairobi, local guide fees, and transport rates.
Different Pricing for Locals and Internationals:
We understand that our diverse clientele has varied needs and financial capabilities. Our new pricing structure is designed to cater to these diverse needs while ensuring that every customer enjoys the same great experience that defines our brand.
New Payment Gateway:
We have introduced a new payment gateway for a fast, flexible, and secure customer experience. You can now use Mpesa, Card, or Apple Pay for any Lets Drift experience. Subscription payments with cards do not auto-renew, giving you control.

Refunds with Heart:
Our refund policy is designed to balance your needs with operational viability. We offer flexibility with partial refunds for certain situations and full refunds under specific conditions.
